Founded by a former academy player and qualified coach, Premier Stars was created to make football development enjoyable, fair, and rewarding. We help children stay motivated, coaches reinforce positive behaviour, and parents feel part of their child’s journey.
From Player of the Match to Best Trainer, our 50+ collectable shields and stickers celebrate every contribution. on the pitch. Players collect and record achievements in their sticker book and wall chart, transforming effort into pride.

About Us… and Why We Do It.
Coming from a football background that focused purely on results - I thought it's time to shift the script, as every child should celebrate their own journey.
I grew up playing at the Newcastle United academy and even wore the number 9 shirt - a dream come true for any young player.
When that journey came to an end, I struggled to find direction and confidence. It made me realise how many young players face the same challenges once the game they love becomes uncertain.
With a degree in Sports Exercise & Nutrition and over a decade of coaching experience, I created Premier Stars to make sure every child feels recognised and valued in their journey - no matter where it takes them.
